Build an action plan to smoothly transition into an analytics career.
Whether you have experience in analytics already as part of your job or you're switching from a completely unrelated career, I can help.
Career transition coaching sessions are 1 hour long. They're focused on a concrete roadmap that you can use to make the switch.
The session covers:
Length: 1 hour
Take it to the next level: Add on resume writing & interview coaching to increase your success rate.
Build an action plan to become a better analyst.
Whether you want to improve in your current role or you're ready for a promotion, I'll help you create a clear plan to achieve your goals.
Career coaching sessions are 1 hour long.
The session covers:
Length: 1 hour
Take it to the next level: Turn this into 3 months of coaching with regular check-ins to increase your success rate.
Interviews can be challenging (even more so if you're switching careers).
Using a blend of mock interviewing and feedback sessions, you'll be more prepared for a successful interview - and getting the job.
Interview prep sessions are 90 minute long.
During our session we'll cover topics like:
Length: 1.5 hours
Take it to the next level: Add a 30 minute strategy call between your first and second interview for a job.
Increasing your offer by just $5,000 can mean a lifetime earnings increase of $100k, $500k, or even more.
You're good at what you do. That's why you got an offer.
But you might not be great at negotiation.
Wouldn't it be nice if an expert could negotiate for you?
How does it work?
As soon as your initial payment is received, we'll schedule a kick-off call. During this call, we'll discuss your specific background and offer in detail and create a strategy for negotiating your offer.
I'll work with you every step of the way to adapt the strategy and give you the specific phrases and techniques to use during the negotiation.
The salary negotiation coaching fee has two parts: an initial fee and a results fee.
The initial fee is $1,500. This covers all aspects of your salary negotiation. It allows me to provide you the highest quality service.
The result fee is 10% of the negotiated improvement to first-year compensation. This keeps our incentives aligned throughout the negotiation process and allows us both to share directly in the result.
Sometimes the initial offer really is the best a company can do. The majority of the time, they can do much better though. It's impossible to know until we start negotiating. The result fee allows us to share in the result and focus on the best offer possible - not just a better offer.
Once we conclude our work together, we'll calculate the result fee and arrange payment.
You'll keep 90% of the negotiated increase. That means on a $10,000 salary negotiation increase, you'll make an extra $7,500 the first year (fees: $2,500 initial + result) - and $10,000 every year after.

“Jen has a vast knowledge of the hiring process and is very detail-oriented. These factors made my mock interview with Jen genuinely helpful and effective.
After being a stay-at-home mom for over 10 years, I felt very intimidated about reentering the workforce, as well as preparing for interviews and creating a resume. Jen's coaching gave me specific, creative, and useful tips to help increase my confidence when answering interview questions. She worked with me to not only improve the content of my answers but guided me on how I could present myself confidently when giving those answers.
Since working with Jen, I have had several interviews and several job offers! I have also been told I interview very well. I know that is due to the experienced and effective coaching that I received when working with Jen. I highly recommend her for anyone in pursuit of furthering their career!”
